Educated at various prestigious institutions including Obafemi Awolowo University and Lagos State University, he holds an impressive academic background with an MSc. in Applied Geology, PGD in Computer Science, and a B.Sc. in Geography.

A distinguished career marked by remarkable achievements and contributions complements his academic prowess. Olaniyan’s tenure at Shell E&P in the early 90s spans diverse geological basins and global business settings across Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America helping him build expertise that encompasses project leadership, subsurface evaluation, exploration and development seismic interpretation, hydrocarbon maturation, regional evaluation, and well planning/operations in various settings.

He founded Crestar Integrated Natural Resources Limited, which won the bid for OML 25 of the Shell divestment opportunity in Nigeria, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex business negotiations. Renowned for his great analytical abilities, negotiation prowess, and organisational know-how, Chinedu is adept at driving income and market proportion increase.

As President/Owner of Bayshore Contractors LLC, Chinedu spearheads a production corporation specialising in diverse projects for federal and State governments, municipalities, and the Army Corps of Engineers. Under his management, Bayshore handled complex projects for the United States Government, excelling in dual Box Culvert construction, handicap ramp creation, road construction, underground utility maintenance, repairs, and remediation. In his role as managing partner at Banwo & Igbokwe Law Firm, Chinedu orchestrated strategic plans that propelled the firm to consistently surpass its economic goals and handled complex cases that made headlines.

He adeptly managed many instances while mentoring legal teams, ensuring top-rated overall performance. A visionary leader, Adedotun Sulaiman is the Chairman of the board of directors at Zillenium. He brings a distinguished record of leadership and strategic expertise to Zillenium. Recognized as a top management consultant, Mr. Sulaiman excels in organisational development and business transformation. He is currently the Chairman of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN). With extensive board experience, Adedotun’s leadership extends across diverse organisations.

He currently chairs the boards of Absa Nigeria, Cadbury Nigeria Plc, SecureID Limited, Parthian Partners Limited, and more. His prior role as Chairman/Country Managing Director for Accenture Nigeria also showcases his global business acumen. Adedotun’s dedication extends beyond corporate governance; he co-founded the Nigerian Economic Summit Group, shaping the nation’s economic landscape.

For his contributions, he received the Member of the Order of the Federal Republic (MFR) in 1999. Abel Dawah

HEAD OF QUANTITY SURVEYING

Mr. Dawah is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors – MNIQS, a registered Quantity Surveyor – QSRBN, and has a Masters in Facilities Management from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Joining Zillenium from Zaina Nigeria Ltd, where he was Head of Quantity

Surveying, Abel brings a wealth of experience not only in general quantity surveying but also in estimation, cost control, project planning, procurement, process problems, and claim resolution.

Abel has handled projects ranging from housing sites of 200+ each to universities, water retention, and office buildings to a regional HQ for CBN. Before Zaina, he spent six years at Taleveras Group based in Abuja where in addition to quantity surveying, he acted as Group Facilities Manager. His QS activities included the construction of a substantial 33/132 KV substation at Afam, Rivers, renovation of the ETSD Building in Warri, and a host of smaller projects.

Besides his primary qualifications, he has taken many courses in construction. He is a member of various industry-related institutions, including the Nigerian Institute of Management, the Institute of Financial & Investment Analysis, Nigeria, and the International Facility Management Association.

Adebayo Kujimiyo

HEAD OF DESIGN

Mr. Kujimiyo holds a BSc in Architectural Designs from the Obafemi Awolowo University (2001), A Post Graduate Diploma in Architectural Designs and Practice, and a Master of Architecture from the same University in 2005 and 2008 respectively. He also undertook a Certificate Course in Off-shore Designs in 2003.

A consummate professional whose career has covered the entire gamut of Architectural Designs and Implementation. Before joining Zillenium Limited in 2012, he was the Project Architect and Coordinator at Formasters and Associate Limited, where his responsibilities included coordinating and preparing work schedules, conceptualising/detailing architectural designs, and making 3D presentations for Clients. 

Adebayo also served as Project Architect at Servetek Construction Company Limited where he was involved in different complex architectural designs. He also spent 6 months in Norway with Leirvik Module Technology as an intern architect where he took part in the production of the project for the North Sea (BP–Clair Project) and designed off-shore living quarters/ utility buildings and fabrications.

He brings his vast experience in project architectural design to Zillenium, and his contribution has been immeasurable.

Samuel Akintunde

HEAD OF ACCOUNTS

Samuel Akintunde is a seasoned financial expert with a wealth of experience in accounting and financial management. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Ogun State Polytechnic and an MBA from Lagos State University. With over 25 years of experience in financial management and accounting, he has honed his skills in financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis, and leverages his extensive knowledge on all to drive business success.

As the Head of Accounts at Zillenium Ltd, he ensures our financial operations are accurate, transparent, and complies with regulatory standards. Akintunde’s leadership is characterised by his dedication to delivering exceptional results and ability to lead high-performing teams.

Michael Owatunde

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Michael Owatunde brings a wealth of expertise and a diverse background to his role. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an MBA from the University of East London, UK, Michael is a seasoned marketing professional renowned for his strategic expertise and results-driven approach. His extensive experience spans various industries, including real estate, fintech, martech, banking, education, logistics, and consulting.

Before joining Zillenium, Michael held key leadership positions at reputable organisations, showcasing his prowess in digital marketing and market strategy execution. As the group head of Digital at Palton Morgan Holdings and the pioneer head of marketing at Kwik, he played pivotal roles in shaping the marketing landscape. His regional managerial roles at Ad Dynamo and Aleph go further to underscore his proficiency in driving marketing initiatives across diverse markets.

Michael’s expertise extends beyond organisational boundaries, as evidenced by his consultancy work for top global brands. Collaborating with Ad tech giants like Meta, X, and Spotify, he has contributed to the success of multifaceted marketing campaigns, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex marketing landscapes with finesse

Outside the boardroom, Michael embraces a simple lifestyle, cherishing moments with family and indulging in his passion for music. An avid musician, he effortlessly plays multiple instruments, including the saxophone, bass guitar, and drum set, showcasing his multifaceted talents beyond marketing.

Barr. Tunji Akingbade

Chief Legal Officer & Company SECRETARY

Tunji Akingbade brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as Zillenium’s Chief Legal Officer. With a background in Philosophy and Law from the prestigious universities of Ibadan and Buckingham, respectively, Tunji boasts over two decades of experience in the legal field. 

As a skilled legal practitioner and company administrator, Tunji has a proven track record of translating corporate strategy into actionable policies that drive positive results. His areas of specialisation include litigation, land/property law, and commercial law. In addition to his legal acumen, Tunji is adept at managing corporate legal affairs, human resources, and project management.

With his comprehensive understanding of legal intricacies and corporate governance, Tunji plays a pivotal role in safeguarding Zillenium’s legal interests while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Engr. Shokoya Eleshin

Chief Technology Officer

Eng. Shokoya Eleshin has a B.Eng. Hons in Civil Engineering from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (1984-1989), a Masters degree in Environmental Civil Engineering & MPhil from the University of Liverpool (92-93).

He completed the compulsory one-year youth service at the NNPC Elese, Eleme Refinery (’90/’91) where he was responsible for 500 staff dwelling units’ maintenance & repairs. He supervised and constructed various designs during the time, including the road from the cafeteria leading to the main gate and a number of internal sites, security posts, and cafeterias above the jetty. He received commendations from the HOD Project Engineer Training, Moulds Nig. Ltd Jos, after 6 months, computed earthworks for 3 km of roads from drawings, and surveyed levels for the parade ground for Air Force Military School, Jos. 

Shokoya supervised men, plant, and machinery for RC drainage works for the municipal road upgrading program using S125 and Chippings Project Engineer Training ’86’ (5 months), Federal Ministry of Works (Highways). He also supervised two teams of technicians on a $200 Mn road network project responsible for quality control of the Air Force Military School & measuring work done. After his Masters program, he won a Science and Education Research Award (SERC) to undertake a PhD in Porous Asphalt.

Mr Eleshin left after 2 years, having achieved an MPhil to develop a construction business, Shokoya Eleshin Construction, embarking on a $2.6 Mn UK PDs H.A. contract in Liverpool in April 1994. He has since worked on various projects to date.

Kayode Ayeni

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

At the helm of Zillenium Homes as both CEO and Board Member, Kayode Ayeni brings a remarkable track record of success across real estate development, venture capital, private equity, and the energy sector. Kayode’s dedication to real estate is evident in Zillenium’s impressive portfolio. Since founding the company in 2012, he has overseen the development of landmark projects like Anike Court and Milverton Heights both within Ikoyi, Lagos.

Under his leadership, Zillenium has expanded its residential offerings with Green City located in both Abuja and Lagos, and its commercial solution, Smart Office, in Lapal House, Obalende. With expertise that transcends real estate development, he spearheaded groundbreaking SME funding initiatives as the CEO of First Funds and leveraged his financial expertise as a World Bank/USAID consultant for the Nigerian government’s privatisation program. His co-founding of Crestar Integrated Natural Resources and current role with James Bay Energy Nigeria Limited demonstrates his strategic investments in the energy sector. Kayode is passionate about giving back, he actively supports entrepreneurs as an angel investor and mentor.

He is also establishing a non-profit organisation to empower small and medium-sized businesses in fundraising. His academic background includes an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of London, an MBA from the University of Lagos, and a First Class honours degree in Accounting from the University of Ife. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants which he acquired at 21.

Kayode is a proud husband and father, and when he is not leading Zillenium or his philanthropic endeavours, he enjoys motorsports, swimming, and boating. His diverse experience, strategic vision, and commitment to excellence have positioned him as a driving force behind Zillenium’s success. His leadership ensures the company remains at the forefront of innovation in Nigerian real estate and investment.
